The Board of Directors of Debock Industries Limited, in a meeting held on March 17, 2026, at the company’s registered office in Jaipur, passed a resolution to accept the resignation of Mr. Mohammed Saleemkhan from his position as an Additional Director. The resignation is effective from the close of business hours on March 17, 2026. The Board expressed its appreciation for his cooperation and guidance during his tenure.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted search operations at the residence and office of Chairman Mukesh Manveer Singh and his associates in July 2025 regarding alleged stock price manipulation. Investigations revealed that the company reportedly manipulated financial statements and inflated share prices to cheat investors. Furthermore, it was discovered that low-level employees were sometimes appointed as Directors to mislead stock exchanges, and proceeds from a 2023 rights issue were allegedly siphoned off.

Debock Industries Limited, formerly known as Debock Sales and Marketing Limited, primarily manufactures and supplies agricultural equipment, including tractor trolleys, threshers, and seed drill machines, from its facility in Deoli, Rajasthan. The company has diversified into hospitality with “Hotel Debock Inn” and holds interests in mining, quarrying, and real estate. In January 2025, the company announced a strategic investment in a premium destination wedding resort project in Rajasthan, projecting a 20% profit margin.

For the quarter ended September 2025, Debock Industries reported a standalone net loss of ₹0.26 Crore, compared to a net profit of ₹3.24 Crore in the same quarter of the previous year. No sales were reported for this quarter, a 100% decline from the ₹16.19 Crore reported in September 2024. The promoter holding remained low at 9.41% as of March 2025, with Mukesh Manveer Singh holding 5.55%. No major “famous” institutional investors or mutual funds were listed in the recent shareholding patterns, with the public holding 90.6% of the company.
