Subex Limited has announced that it has been chosen by a leading North African telecom operator for a multi-year Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) engagement. This strategic partnership, disclosed on March 17, 2026, involves the deployment of Subex’s AI-native solutions to manage and optimize the operator’s extensive infrastructure.

Under this 9-year agreement valued at approximately EUR 2.7 million, Subex will implement its HyperSense platform to provide comprehensive management of network, fiber, IT, and data-center assets. The engagement marks a significant “new logo” win for the company, focusing on improving asset lifecycle management and operational efficiency through seamless integration with existing ERP and GIS systems.

Founded in 1994, Subex Limited is a specialized telecom AI solutions provider that enables Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to maximize profitability through business optimization and analytics. The company’s core portfolio includes solutions for Fraud Management, Business Assurance, and Partner Ecosystem Management. In early 2026, Subex also gained attention by hitting a 10% upper circuit on the stock market after receiving a separate order worth approximately $6.62 million.

In the quarter ended December 2025, Subex reported a total income of ₹75.04 Crores, representing a 6.55% growth over the previous quarter’s ₹70.43 Crores and a 1.74% increase compared to ₹73.76 Crores in the same period last year. The net profit for the quarter stood at ₹2.93 Crores, a 2.45% sequential rise from ₹2.86 Crores in September 2025 and a massive 190.15% jump from the ₹3.25 Crores loss recorded in December 2024. The company’s shareholding pattern as of March 2026 shows that it is almost entirely held by the public (98.96%), with institutional investors holding approximately 0.94%.
