G R Infraprojects Limited has received a Notification of Award for the “EPC Package for BESS Implementation at NTPC Thermal Power Stations (Lot-1); Mouda Super Thermal Power Station (Mouda)”. The company received the formal notification from NTPC Limited on March 28, 2026. This project marks a significant addition to the company’s diverse infrastructure portfolio, expanding its reach into power station implementation and energy storage solutions.
The contract involves the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) implementation at the Mouda Super Thermal Power Station. This award is part of a larger initiative by NTPC for thermal power station enhancements across multiple lots. The company has confirmed that the contract does not fall within related party transactions and will be executed at arm’s length.
Incorporated in 1995, G R Infraprojects Limited is an integrated road EPC company with extensive experience in the design and construction of highway projects across more than 15 states in India. Beyond roads and highways, the company has diversified into railway overbridges, metro lines, power transmission, and multi-modal logistics parks. In March 2026, the company also secured a major highway contract from NHAI worth ₹2,440.87 crore for a greenfield section in Bihar.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY26), the company reported a robust consolidated revenue of ₹2,308.28 Crore, representing a 44.07% increase from the previous quarter’s ₹1,602.14 Crore. The net profit for the same period stood at ₹258.75 Crore, reflecting a sequential growth of 36.49%. Prominent institutional investors in the company include SBI Mutual Fund, which holds an 8.69% stake, and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund with 3.06% as of December 2025.
