JSW Energy Limited has announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on May 11, 2026, where the Board approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a significant increase in its bottom line, with net profit for the quarter rising to ₹574 crore. Additionally, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (20% of face value) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
