The company reported a total income of ₹411.25 Crores for Q4 FY26, representing a decrease of 7.40% from ₹444.11 Crores in the previous quarter (Q3 FY26), but a 3.19% increase from ₹398.54 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q4 FY25). Net profit for the current quarter stood at ₹34.64 Crores, showing a decline of 9.18% compared to ₹38.14 Crores in Q3 FY26, yet reflecting a significant growth of 156.40% from ₹13.51 Crores reported in Q4 FY25. Alongside these results, the board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (75% of face value) for FY 2025-26 and appointed Mr. Bharadwaj Rachamadugu as the new Chief Executive Officer.
