RPP Infra Projects Limited is an established integrated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company, primarily focused on infrastructure development, including highways, roads, bridges, water management, and irrigation projects. The company operates significantly across South India, covering states such as Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Recent updates indicate that while the company continues to secure new project orders, it has faced a challenging operational environment in the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Market analysts have expressed caution regarding its recent financial performance, noting persistent pressure on margins and profitability in the latest quarters.

Regarding financial results for the quarter ending December 2025 (Q3 FY 2025-2026), the company reported revenue of Rs. 379.73 Crores. However, the net profit for the same period was recorded at Rs. 0.67 Crores, reflecting a significant decline. In terms of shareholding, while individual investors hold a substantial portion of the company, institutional interest remains limited. It is noted that the promoter, Mr. P. Arulsundaram, serves as the Chairman and Managing Director.
