The Board of Directors of Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd., in their meeting held on 23rd May 2026, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 stood at ₹1,016.74 crore, compared to ₹917.62 crore in the previous quarter (31st December 2025) and ₹1,013.09 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (31st March 2025). The standalone net profit after tax for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 was ₹159.89 crore, compared to ₹163.09 crore in the previous quarter and ₹115.25 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company has also recommended a dividend of ₹2/- (200%) per equity share of ₹1/- each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved an expansion of the pellet manufacturing capacity by 1.1 MnT at an approximate investment of ₹500 crore.
