HLE Glascoat Limited informed about a significant strategic acquisition by its wholly owned step-down subsidiary, HLE Surface Technologies GmbH. The subsidiary has agreed to acquire specific assets and 100% shares of Omeras GmbH and its subsidiary Omerastore GmbH based in Germany. The acquisition deal was signed on August 13, 2025, with a consideration of Euro 2.75 million paid in cash. This acquisition is part of HLE’s strategy to strengthen its commercial presence in Europe, particularly Germany, and diversify its product portfolio and geographic reach.
HLE Glascoat operates in the manufacturing and distribution of glass-lined and enameled panels, tanks, and façade claddings, with services spanning consulting, design, manufacturing, installation, and turnkey delivery.
