Omaxe Limited has announced the acquisition of 100% equity shareholding in Next10 Realbuild Private Limited and Next10 Land Developers Private Limited, making both entities wholly owned subsidiaries. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed by November 19, 2025, and is part of Omaxe’s strategic plan for future growth in the real estate sector. The transaction is at arm’s length, with no material impact reported at present, and is expected to enhance Omaxe’s operational capabilities and portfolio flexibility.​

Omaxe Limited, a leading real estate developer in India, has a diversified portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and integrated township projects across 29+ cities in 8 states. The company has delivered over 12.62 million square meters of developed area since inception, with a strong presence in key markets like Chandigarh, Lucknow, Faridabad, Ludhiana, and Vrindavan. In 2025, Omaxe secured ₹500 crore in growth capital from Oaktree Capital Management LP, a global investment manager, and raised ₹431 crore through debentures, strengthening its balance sheet and enabling faster project execution. The company also announced the divestment of Landlord Developers Private Limited in August 2025 and continues to expand its land bank with recent acquisitions in Amritsar and Madhya Pradesh.

For the quarter ended June 2025, Omaxe Limited reported a total income of ₹298.03 crores, a significant decline of 45.8% compared to the previous quarter (₹553.03 crores) and a 50.5% drop from the same quarter last year (₹599.90 crores). The company recorded a loss after tax of ₹150.28 crores, improving by 37.2% from the previous quarter’s loss of ₹239.48 crores but worsening by 109.4% from ₹71.77 crores in the corresponding quarter last year. The top shareholders include Guild Builders Pvt Ltd (63.57%), foreign institutional investors (7.38%), and Unico Global Opportunities Fund Limited (3.48%), with no mutual fund investments in the company.
