The consolidated net profit for the quarter stood at ₹55.50 million (₹5.55 Crore), a significant 21.71% rise from the previous quarter’s ₹45.60 million and a 113.21% jump from the ₹26.03 million recorded in the same period last year.

Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Limited is a vertically integrated South Indian textile conglomerate headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. In 2025, the company focused on enhancing its renewable energy capacity by receiving board approval for a new 9.74 MW captive solar power project in Dindigul to meet 65% of its total power requirements. Additionally, the company successfully completed a ₹40.71 crore rights issue in May 2025 to strengthen its financial position. Promoters hold 49.55% of the company, with Murugan Enterprise Private Limited being the largest shareholder at 48.49%.
