Magellanic Cloud Limited has informed the exchanges that its subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has been awarded a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Central Railway, Bhusawal Division. The contract, valued at approximately ₹2 Crore, is for the provision of CCTV systems including supply, installation, and maintenance. The project is designed to enhance safety at level crossing (LC) gates and stations through independent monitoring equipment and a centralized command center.
The scope of the contract includes mounting CCTV cameras on metallic poles and storing video data in Network Video Recorders (NVRs) located inside LC Gate buildings. A centralized command and control center will be established at Bhusawal to manage the entire surveillance network. The system is expected to be executed within a period of 6 months and will feature AI-based surveillance capabilities for improved operational efficiency and security.
Magellanic Cloud continues to fortify its position in FY25, focusing on high-growth sectors like IT services and drone technology. Throughout 2025, the company secured multiple mission-critical contracts, including an e-surveillance deal for a major public sector bank covering 2,000 ATM sites and a ₹61.7 Million contract for a Video Surveillance System (VSS). The company’s flagship platform, Scanalitix, also continued its global rollout in regions including the United States, Canada, and Dubai during 2025.
Financially, the company maintained a steady performance in the latter half of 2025. In the quarter ending December 2025, while revenue slightly dipped by 0.49% on a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) basis compared to September 2025, the net profit showed a QoQ growth of 3.66%. The company’s 2025 financial strength is reflected in its ROCE of 22.9% and a strong 5-year profit CAGR of 77%. Notable investors include FIIs, which held a 0.26% stake in the company as of December 2025.
