The order specifically covers the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Onboard KAVACH Loco Equipment Version 4.0. This project is governed by the latest RDSO specifications and includes a comprehensive warranty for the safety systems provided to the railway entity.

The company transitioned to a public entity with its listing on the NSE and BSE on January 14, 2025. Beyond its railway safety systems, Quadrant is a leading manufacturer of specialty cables designed for harsh environments, serving critical industries such as renewable energy and national defense.
Throughout 2025 and early 2026, the company has focused on scaling its technical capabilities, particularly in Electronic Interlocking Systems, using proceeds from its fresh IPO issue. For the quarter ending December 2025, the company’s financial performance showed a revenue of ₹33.28 Crores, compared to ₹34.40 Crores in the preceding September quarter. The net loss for the December quarter stood at ₹14.70 Crores, showing a slight improvement from the ₹15.89 Crores loss recorded in the prior period. The shareholding pattern as of December 2025 remains stable, with promoters holding 70% of the equity, while Kotak Manufacture in India Fund continues to be a featured institutional investor in the firm.
