Bharat Forge reported robust growth for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, with revenue from operations reaching Rs 4,342.93 crore, a 24.96% increase compared to the same quarter last year. The company’s net profit rose to Rs 264.21 crore, reflecting a 24.18% YoY growth, supported largely by a doubling of revenue in the Defence segment. However, on a sequential basis, while revenue grew by 7.71%, net profit saw a dip of 11.69% from the September 2025 quarter due to higher material costs and a one-time exceptional loss of Rs 55.72 crore.
