Avro India Limited has officially approved the allotment of 1,06,090 equity shares following the exercise of convertible warrants by non-promoter holders. This action resulted from an earlier issuance of 5,30,451 warrants on a preferential basis, where holders paid the remaining 75% of the issue price to complete the conversion. Consequently, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased from ₹13.31 Crores to ₹13.41 Crores.
Detailed records show that four specific allottees—Charuben Yogesh Ajmera, Santosh Kumar Pandey, Duggal Suresh Zunzunwala, and Sunil—successfully converted their warrants at an issue price of ₹127.25 per share. However, the company also reported that 4,24,361 warrants lapsed as the balance payments were not received within the mandatory 18-month period.
