Omaxe Limited has announced a significant regulatory milestone for its Lucknow-based commercial project. On April 23, 2026, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, M/s Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, received the RERA Registration Certificate for “COMMERCIAL-3 BLOCK-3” located in Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow. This project, which officially launched on the same day, is registered under U.P. RERA with the registration number UPRERAPRJ787830/04/2026.

The newly registered project is a commercial development catering to both domestic and international markets. The approval, valid until December 17, 2030, ensures regulatory compliance and enhances buyer trust through guaranteed transparency. By securing this certificate, the subsidiary is now legally authorized to sell, transfer, or advertise the project, which is expected to bolster brand value and positively influence the company’s consolidated financial performance.

Omaxe Limited is a prominent Indian real estate developer with a 38-year legacy, maintaining a presence in 31 cities across 8 states. The company’s diverse portfolio includes integrated townships, group housing, shopping malls, and hotels. Recent updates from 2025 and early 2026 highlight a steady stream of project launches and regulatory successes, such as securing RERA approvals for residential and commercial developments in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. In late 2025, the company expanded its residential offerings with new premium apartments in Prayagraj and Punjab. Additionally, Omaxe has been active in the capital markets, recently raising funds through multiple tranches of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) to support its ongoing operations.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Omaxe Limited reported a consolidated revenue of ₹301.82 Crores. This represents a year-on-year (YoY) growth of 4.46% compared to ₹288.94 Crores in the same quarter of the previous year. However, on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue saw a decrease of 5.92% from ₹320.82 Crores. The company reported a net loss of ₹153.20 Crores for the quarter, a 1.94% increase in loss YoY from ₹150.28 Crores. Despite the annual increase in loss, the net loss improved by 7.94% compared to the previous quarter’s loss of ₹166.42 Crores. As of late 2025 and early 2026, the promoter group, led by Guild Builders Private Limited, maintains a significant majority stake of 74.14% in the company. Individual retail investors with less than ₹2 Lakhs in holdings represent approximately 5.29% of the shareholding as of March 2026.
