Force Motors Limited has formally executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding in Veera Tanneries Private Limited (VTPL) as of April 23, 2026. This regulatory filing serves as a final update to previous intimations made by the company in early February 2026 regarding the planned acquisition.

The acquisition was completed for a total cash consideration of Rs. 161,96,25,729. Following the execution of this agreement and the purchase of the entire shareholding from existing shareholders, Veera Tanneries Private Limited has now officially become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Force Motors Limited.

Force Motors is a fully integrated automobile company based in India, renowned for manufacturing a wide range of vehicles including light commercial vehicles (LCVs), multi-utility vehicles (MUVs), and agricultural tractors. In recent operational updates for 2026, the company reported a 13.49% increase in total sales for March 2026, moving 4,199 units compared to 3,700 units in the previous year. The company has also maintained a strong focus on shared mobility through its “Urbania” platform and continues to be a key supplier for defense-related applications.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Force Motors reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 2,128.56 Crore, representing a 12.65% year-on-year growth. The company’s net profit for the same period witnessed a massive surge of 252.1%, reaching Rs. 406.15 Crore. This stellar performance in late 2025 was driven by improved demand and a one-time exceptional gain. Regarding its investor base in 2025, the promoter group, led by the Firodia family through Jaya Hind Industries, maintained a steady 61.63% stake. Notable individual public shareholders in 2025 included Vanaja Sundar Iyer and Manohar Devabhaktuni, who held 1.33% and 1.20% respectively.
