Magellanic Cloud Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, received two Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from North Western Railway, Bikaner Division. These contracts, valued at approximately 8.21 Crore, involve the extensive rollout of CCTV and remote surveillance infrastructure. The orders are part of the company’s ongoing expansion into the railway security sector and are expected to be executed within six to nine months.
The first project, valued at approximately 4.93 Crore, involves installing CCTV systems at 64 locations across 54 stations to monitor PRS and UTS counters, complete with a centralized monitoring room. The second contract, worth 3.28 Crore, focuses on IP-based CCTV systems for the remote surveillance of traction sub-stations and depots. These repeat orders from Indian Railways highlight the growing trust in the company’s execution capabilities and technical expertise in advanced security solutions.
Magellanic Cloud is a global technology firm specializing in software development, digital transformation, and e-surveillance solutions. In March 2026, the company secured a significant 25 Crore order from Punjab & Sind Bank for AI-enabled ATM surveillance and a 10 Crore order from Indian Bank. Throughout 2025 and 2026, the company has consistently won various railway and banking mandates, strengthening its consolidated order book. The promoter group, led by Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, holds a 54.04% stake in the company.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, Magellanic Cloud reported a consolidated total income of 165.02 Crore. While revenue saw a marginal decline of 0.5% compared to the previous quarter (September 2025), it showed an 8.9% increase year-on-year compared to the 151.50 Crore reported in December 2024. Net profit for the December 2025 quarter stood at 28.63 Crore, representing a 3.7% growth over the preceding quarter but a slight 2.0% dip compared to the corresponding period last year. Key individual shareholders include the Managing Director, Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, who holds a 35.9% stake.
