Supreme Petrochem Ltd (SPL) announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, during its Board Meeting on April 24, 2026. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a standalone revenue of ₹1,587.02 Crores, representing a significant increase of 25.49% from ₹1,264.69 Crores in the previous quarter (QoQ) and a 3.12% rise from ₹1,539.02 Crores in the same quarter last year (YoY). The standalone net profit for the quarter reached ₹103.11 Crores, surging by 241.42% compared to ₹30.20 Crores in the preceding quarter, though it saw a decline of 13.56% from ₹119.28 Crores in the corresponding period of the previous year. The Board has also recommended a final dividend of ₹8 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
