AU Small Finance Bank Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, showcasing a significant jump in profitability. The bank’s Board of Directors recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (10% of face value) for the financial year. Key highlights include a 65.15% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit to ₹831.87 crore for the quarter. Additionally, the Board approved enabling resolutions to raise funds up to ₹7,500 crore via equity and ₹6,000 crore via debt instruments to support future growth.
The bank’s total interest earned for Q4 FY26 reached ₹5,019.15 crore, marking a 17.5% increase from ₹4,270.60 crore in the same quarter last year (YoY) and a 6.17% growth from ₹4,727.47 crore in the preceding quarter (QoQ). Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹831.87 crore, reflecting a massive 65.15% increase compared to ₹503.70 crore in Q4 FY25 and an 83.2% rise from ₹454 crore in Q3 FY26. This growth was primarily driven by a 23% YoY rise in Net Interest Income (NII) to ₹2,582 crore and a significant reduction in provisions, which dropped 58% YoY. The Net Interest Margin (NIM) expanded to 6% during the quarter.
