Escorts Kubota Limited has officially announced the launch of three new tractor models under its Digitrac Series on April 27, 2026. This expansion targets the 45-55 HP range within the domestic agri-machinery market. The formal disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The new models introduced to the Indian market are the Digitrac PP41i, Digitrac PP43i Plus, and the 4WD Digitrac PP46i. These tractors fall under the “Powertrac” brand and are specifically designed for advanced agricultural and heavy haulage applications. The launch occurred at 5:00 P.M. on April 27, 2026, marking a significant update to the company’s product portfolio.
Escorts Kubota is a prominent Indian engineering conglomerate that operates across agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and railway equipment sectors. In late 2025, the company introduced third-generation ride-on rice transplanters under the Kubota brand to enhance planting precision. Recent updates from 2026 include strong sales growth, with tractor sales rising 6.6% in March 2026 and construction equipment sales surging 24.6% during the same period.
For the quarter ended December 2025, Escorts Kubota reported a revenue of ₹3,280.49 Crore, representing an 11.23% year-on-year growth compared to ₹2,948.02 Crore in the same period of 2024. Net profit for the quarter soared 11.74% year-on-year to ₹358.29 Crore. Notable institutional engagement includes recent virtual meetings with investors such as Amansa Advisors LLP in March 2026.
