REC Limited, a Maharatna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), held its Board Meeting on April 28, 2026, where it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹3,362.30 Crores for the current quarter, representing a decrease of approximately 16.84% on a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) basis compared to the ₹4,043.08 Crores earned in the previous quarter ended December 31, 2025. On a Year-on-Year (YoY) basis, the current quarter’s profit also saw a decline of 20.63% from the ₹4,236.20 Crores reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹14,563.82 Crores, showing a slight QoQ decrease of 3.24% from ₹15,051.08 Crores and a YoY decline of 5.02% from ₹15,333.54 Crores. Alongside these results, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.55 per equity share, bringing the total dividend for FY 2025-26 to ₹18.55 per share.
