Capital Small Finance Bank Limited has announced its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Bank’s Board of Directors, in their meeting held on April 29, 2026, approved the financial statements and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share (50% of face value) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26), the Bank reported a Total Income of Rs. 298.92 Crores, representing a growth of 16.30% compared to Rs. 257.03 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (Q4FY25). On a Quarter-on-Quarter (QoQ) basis, Total Income saw a marginal increase from Rs. 298.39 Crores in Q3FY26. The Net Profit for Q4FY26 stood at Rs. 40.08 Crores, showing an increase of 17.06% Year-on-Year (YoY) from Rs. 34.24 Crores in Q4FY25 and a 16.48% increase QoQ from Rs. 34.41 Crores in Q3FY26.
