Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, following a Board Meeting held on April 28, 2026. The company reported a robust performance for Q4 FY26, with revenue from operations reaching ₹2,119.21 Crores, representing a significant growth of 29.06% compared to ₹1,642.04 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year (YoY). On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, revenue increased by 11.79% from ₹1,895.69 Crores in Q3 FY26. The Net Profit (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹303.20 Crores, a 24.14% increase from ₹244.25 Crores in Q4 FY25 and a substantial 77.55% jump from ₹170.77 Crores in the preceding quarter. In addition to these strong figures, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹6.70 per equity share for FY26.
