Brainbees Solutions Limited (FirstCry) has announced a further extension for its subsidiary, Swara Baby Products Limited, to complete the initial capital subscription for its new US-based arm, Swara Corp. The deadline for the remittance of the initial subscription for 10,000 shares has been moved from April 30, 2026, to June 30, 2026. This delay is attributed to ongoing procedural requirements involved in the international capital transfer.

Swara Baby Products Limited originally incorporated Swara Corp in Delaware, USA, on December 8, 2025, as part of a strategic move to expand its international footprint. This is the second extension provided for the subscription, following an earlier shift from the initial February 2026 target. The parent company, Brainbees Solutions, continues to monitor the process as Swara Corp remains a key step-down subsidiary for its global operations.

FirstCry, operated by Brainbees Solutions Limited, is India’s leading multi-channel retailing platform for mothers’, babies’, and kids’ products. In 2025, the company significantly expanded its logistics and warehouse capabilities to support its growing “Globalbeees” house of brands. Recent updates from late 2025 indicate a strong focus on increasing private label penetration and expanding its physical store network across Tier-II and Tier-III cities in India. The company has also been active in the Middle East market, seeking to replicate its domestic success in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

For the last reported quarterly financial results (Q3 FY26), Brainbees Solutions Limited demonstrated steady revenue growth driven by increased average order value and customer retention. While the company has seen consistent top-line expansion, it continues to navigate the path toward full profitability amid high marketing and expansion costs. A notable famous investor in the company is SoftBank, which has maintained a significant stake and has been instrumental in the company’s scaling journey through various funding rounds.
