Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited has officially secured a significant project from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for the establishment of private cloud infrastructure. The project involves the supply, installation, implementation, integration, and comprehensive facilities management of a secure private cloud for RBI’s data centers.

The contract is valued at ₹750.82 Crores (including GST) and is set for an execution period of five years. Under this mandate, Dynacons will support the RBI’s Greenfield Next Generation Data Centre in Bhubaneswar by deploying servers, storage, and associated software to handle current and future analytics workloads, including potential AI cloud integration.

Dynacons is an IT infrastructure company providing a broad range of services including systems integration, managed services, and cloud computing solutions. In 2025, the company has continued to expand its enterprise portfolio, recently partnering with Cygeniq to deliver AI-driven cybersecurity and securing other major contracts, such as a ₹108.88 Crore private cloud project for Punjab & Sind Bank and a ₹74.99 Crore project for Jammu & Kashmir Bank.

For the quarter ended December 2024, the company reported a robust financial performance with revenue from operations reaching ₹311.02 Crores, representing a 37.10% increase compared to ₹226.86 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the same period rose to ₹18.34 Crores, up 39.47% from ₹13.15 Crores YoY. Prominent individual investors and promoters in the company include Shirish Mansinh Anjaria and Parag Jitendra Dalal, while institutional holdings remain small but have seen slight increases in recent quarters.
