Mr. Shantilal Pokharna, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Raymond Lifestyle Limited, has tendered his resignation effective from May 06, 2026, following his retirement from service.

The resignation was accepted by the Board during its meeting held on the same day. Mr. Pokharna expressed his gratitude to the company and fellow directors for their support during his tenure. The company noted that there were no other material reasons for his resignation beyond his retirement. The Textile segment remained the largest contributor to revenue, generating ₹3,43,495 lakhs for the year. Apparel and Garmenting segments also showed steady performance with revenues of ₹1,81,158 lakhs and ₹1,06,558 lakhs respectively. The company continues to attract interest from notable investors who track its comparative metrics and growth trajectory in the Indian corporate sector.
