Wonderla Holidays Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, marking a period of significant growth and strategic expansion. The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on May 7, 2026, approved these results and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 (20%) per equity share of Rs. 10/-. Additionally, the company granted 29,030 Stock Options to seven employees as part of its employee incentive schemes.

The company’s financial performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, showed a substantial increase in revenue from operations, reaching Rs. 13,584.57 Lakhs compared to Rs. 9,678.20 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, reflecting a robust 40.36% YoY growth. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue grew by 0.98% from Rs. 13,453.00 Lakhs in December 2025. Net profit for the current quarter stood at Rs. 1,444.60 Lakhs, representing a 28.03% increase from Rs. 1,128.32 Lakhs in the same period last year. This profit growth occurred despite the impact of one-time labor code provisions and increased depreciation from new projects.
