Tube Investments of India Limited (TII) has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. In the meeting held on May 13, 2026, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share, bringing the total dividend for the year to Rs. 3.50 per share. For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,144.58 Crores, representing a 5.47% increase from Rs. 2,033.41 Crores in the preceding quarter (Q3 FY26) and a 16.41% growth from Rs. 1,842.21 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 234.01 Crores, which is a significant 47.93% increase on a sequential (QoQ) basis and a 47.93% rise compared to the same period last year.
