Genesys International Corporation Ltd has announced the receipt of a significant work order from the National Mission for Clean Ganga, under the Ministry of Jal Shakti. The contract involves providing specialized GIS-related survey services and was received in the ordinary course of the company’s business. This intimation was filed with both the BSE and NSE on May 14, 2026.

The awarded contract is valued at INR 28 million and focuses on GIS-related services, including field surveys, remote sensing, and data compilation. The scope of work requires the company to convert collected data into predefined technical specifications. This domestic project is expected to be fully executed by August 05, 2026.

Genesys International Corporation Ltd is a leading player in the geospatial services sector, offering solutions such as photogrammetry, 3D geo-content, and location navigation mapping. In early 2026, the company’s board approved an increase in its authorized share capital from INR 27.25 crore to INR 45 crore. Throughout 2025, the company maintained momentum by providing advanced LiDAR engineering and terrestrial mapping services for urban development.

In the third quarter of 2025, Genesys reported a consolidated revenue of ₹86.90 crore, which represented a 7.56% growth compared to the ₹80.79 crore recorded in the previous quarter of that year. However, net profit for the same period was reported at ₹1.09 crore, showing a significant decline of over 90% from the preceding quarter. The company’s shareholding pattern as of March 2025 highlighted prominent investors such as Sundar Iyer and Ganapathy Vishwanathan, along with institutional backing from the Florida Retirement System and India Focus Cardinal Fund.
