Muthoot Finance Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, during a board meeting held on May 14, 2026. The company reported a consolidated total income of ₹92,913.57 million for the fourth quarter of FY2026, representing a 13.21% increase from ₹82,073.77 million in the previous quarter and a 65.11% surge from ₹56,273.69 million in the same period last year. Consolidated profit after tax for Q4 FY2026 stood at ₹33,974.79 million, reflecting a 20.33% growth over the previous quarter’s ₹28,234.83 million and a substantial 135.30% increase compared to ₹14,439.31 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The Board also recommended the re-appointment of several key directors and the appointment of Mr. Eapen Alexander as a Whole Time Director.
