Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, during its Board meeting held on May 19, 2026. For the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹10,177.17 Crores, compared to ₹9,119.71 Crores in the same period last year, marking a year-on-year (YoY) increase of 11.59%. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹2,203.16 Crores, a 4.67% increase compared to ₹2,104.78 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Additionally, the Board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.55 per equity share of face value ₹1/- for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
