Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited (KWIL) is a standalone, publicly traded ice cream company that was incorporated on 10th January 2025 to manage the ice cream business demerged from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). The company operates a diverse portfolio of brands, including Magnum, Cornetto, and Twister, and maintains a widespread distribution network across India. In March 2026, The Magnum Ice Cream Company HoldCo 1 Netherlands B.V. completed the acquisition of a 61.90% stake in KWIL, becoming the new promoter of the company.
