Sambhv Steel Tubes Limited has announced the receipt of the Consent to Establish (CTE) from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board, granted via approval dated May 14, 2026, by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. This clearance marks a critical step forward for the company’s infrastructure development plans at its Kuthrel unit.
The Consent to Establish has been issued for the setting up of a new Cold Rolling Mill (Stainless Steel) manufacturing facility, which will be located at the company’s Kuthrel Unit-II in the District of Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This new facility is designed to have an annual production capacity of 1,18,000 Metric Tonnes. This development is consistent with the strategic expansion intentions previously communicated to the stock exchanges on November 8, 2025.
