The Board of Directors of Juniper Hotels Limited has approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL) from its existing shareholders. This transaction involves a total purchase consideration of ₹1,00,000/-, plus applicable stamp duty and transaction charges. Upon the completion of this acquisition, JHAPL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The company is set to enter into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to formalize this arrangement and will inform the stock exchanges once the agreement is executed.

Juniper Hotels Limited is a luxury hotel developer and owner with a portfolio of seven hotels and over 1,800 keys, primarily managed under the Hyatt brand. The company, led by Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf, has a long-standing history of hotel development in India. Recent operational updates include the company’s focus on inorganic growth through the acquisition of assets and expansion into new hospitality destinations. The company is known for its “Juniper 2.0” strategy, which aims to leverage its strong operational expertise and brownfield investments to drive future growth and maximize returns.

As per the latest available financial results, Juniper Hotels Limited reported a revenue of ₹976 Crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, and has demonstrated consistent earnings growth. In its third quarter of FY 2026, the company reported a notable 101% year-on-year surge in net profit, reaching ₹65.42 Crore. While the company has received attention for its aggressive expansion and growth strategies, no specific famous retail investors were prominently highlighted in the 2025-2026 disclosures beyond the strategic partnership with the Hyatt group.
