Innovision Limited has officially informed the stock exchanges regarding the receipt of a new Letter of Award (LOA) from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). This intimation, provided under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, outlines the company’s engagement as a user fee collection agency for a specific highway section.
The awarded contract pertains to the Viluppuram to Puducherry section of NH-45-A (NH-332) in the state of Tamil Nadu and the Union Territory. The scope of the work involves toll collection and the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including the recouping of consumable items. The contract is valued at approximately ₹24.89 Crores and is set to be executed over a period of one year, commencing from June 27, 2026. The company has confirmed that this is a domestic contract and does not constitute a related party transaction.
Innovision Limited is a diversified infrastructure platform that has evolved since its inception in 2007 from providing security and manpower services to handling complex infrastructure management, including toll plaza operations, facility management, and skill development training. Throughout 2025, the company focused on expanding its operational footprint, notably commencing operations at the Nemili–Sriperumpudur Toll Plaza in October 2025, a project valued at over ₹100 Crores. The company has been actively securing multiple NHAI work orders through competitive bidding, reinforcing its position as a recurring-revenue infrastructure partner.
Regarding financial performance, the company has demonstrated consistent growth trends. In its Q3 2025-2026 financial results, Innovision Limited reported revenue of ₹234.73 Crores, representing a 2.44% increase compared to the same period in the previous year, and a net profit of ₹4.47 Crores, marking a significant jump of 43.27% year-on-year. The company’s promoters include Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal and Mr. Uday Pal Singh, who have been instrumental in the company’s growth and its transition to a public entity.
