Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited has officially announced the commencement of commercial production at its new manufacturing facilities effective May 26, 2026. This milestone includes the operationalization of a 4,200 MTPA capacity for seamless pipes and tubes, a 6,000 MTPA capacity for mother hollow pipes, and the start of production for fittings.

This operational update follows the company’s ongoing strategy to bolster its manufacturing capabilities through backward integration and expansion into value-added products. The addition of these capacities is designed to enhance the company’s product portfolio and support its growing demand in both domestic and international markets.

Venus Pipes & Tubes Limited, founded in 2015, is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel seamless and welded pipes and tubes, serving a broad spectrum of industries including oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and power. Throughout 2025, the company focused heavily on scaling its infrastructure, operationalizing new welded tube facilities, and securing significant orders, such as a ₹190 crore contract for seamless boiler tubes. The company continues to strengthen its global footprint, with a significant presence in the European Union and emerging interest in Middle Eastern and African markets.

In its recent quarterly financial results for Q3 FY2025-2026, the company reported revenue of ₹299.30 crore and a net profit of ₹25.61 crore. Venus Pipes & Tubes has attracted interest from various institutional investors, and as of recent shareholding data, promoters hold a significant stake of approximately 48.41%, alongside investments from mutual funds and other domestic and foreign institutions.
