In its board meeting held on 27th May 2026, Asahi India Glass Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The company also recommended a dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of face value Re. 1 for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended 31st March 2026 was Rs. 1,27,300 Lakhs, compared to Rs. 1,17,698 Lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs. 1,10,601 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The standalone net profit for the quarter was Rs. 12,591 Lakhs, compared to Rs. 10,320 Lakhs in the previous quarter and Rs. 9,138 Lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the last year.
