During the 2025-26 fiscal year, the company successfully completed an Initial Public Offer (IPO) and listed its equity shares on the NSE and BSE in June 2025. Furthermore, the company has been active in expanding its capacity and footprint, including the strategic acquisition of entities like Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Limited and Hindustan Aegis LPG Limited to consolidate its market position.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company’s standalone revenue from operations reached ₹17,740.31 Lakh, reflecting a robust growth trajectory. The standalone profit for the period also saw a significant increase, supported by operational efficiencies and strategic business integrations. The company continues to maintain a strong capital structure, supported by the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in both December 2025 and March 2026 to fund its terminal infrastructure projects. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.2 per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
