Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited has formally notified the stock exchanges regarding the successful execution of a long-term supply contract with a Japanese multinational customer. This international agreement focuses on the export of a speciality chemical product manufactured by the company.

The contract is valued at approximately Rs 108 crores and is scheduled to be executed over a period of two years. The company has clarified that this order does not constitute a related party transaction, and the promoter group maintains no interest in the entity awarding the contract. Due to commercial sensitivity and non-disclosure obligations, the specific identity of the Japanese multinational customer has not been publicly disclosed.

Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited is a chemicals company primarily engaged in the manufacturing of various chemical products, including meta amino phenol (MAP). This new agreement significantly bolsters the company’s business operations, pushing its confirmed order book to a value exceeding Rs 200 crores. Throughout 2025, the company engaged in various corporate activities, including board meetings regarding financial results and capital raising through preferential issues to support business requirements. As of March 31, 2025, Manekchand Panachand Trading Investment Company Pvt Ltd, the holding company, maintained a 61.10% stake in the company’s equity share capital.

In the quarterly financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025 (Q3 FY2025-2026), the company reported revenue of Rs 10.96 crore, compared to Rs 2.23 crore in the previous quarter (September 2025) and Rs 37.59 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The net profit for the quarter was Rs -25.14 crore, compared to Rs -25.55 crore in the preceding quarter and Rs 2.58 crore in the same period last year.
