Magellanic Cloud Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the South Central Railway, Nanded Division. The contract, valued at approximately Rs. 7.64 Crore, involves the provision, installation, networking, and commissioning of IP-based CCTV surveillance systems across stabling lines, washing yards, and pit lines. The agreement also includes a 5-year Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) support, with a project execution timeline of 12 months.
The receipt of this order further bolsters Magellanic Cloud’s e-surveillance order book, which currently stands at over Rs. 200 Crore. This achievement highlights the company’s strengthening execution capabilities and its growing reputation for delivering integrated security solutions for critical infrastructure, particularly within the Railway and Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) domains. The company has confirmed that this contract is not a related party transaction and that no promoter or group entity has any interest in the awarding authority.
