Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the re-appointment of M/s FRG & Company as the Internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2026-27.
Bang Overseas Limited is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading textile products. Throughout 2025, the company focused on maintaining operational efficiency despite challenges.
