PNC Infratech Limited has formally announced that it has emerged as the L-1 (First Lowest) bidder for a significant infrastructure project awarded by the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The contract involves the detailed design, engineering, procurement, and construction of both cityside and airside works at Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand.
The scope of the project encompasses a wide array of civil and electrical infrastructure, including the construction of a new domestic terminal building, parking facilities, electrical sub-stations, and approach roads. Furthermore, the airside development involves the extension and strengthening of the runway, taxiways, apron, and the installation of essential systems such as NAV-AIDS, runway lighting, and IT infrastructure. The contract is valued at Rs. 302.44 Crores (excluding GST) and is scheduled for execution over a period of 24 months.
