Atlanta Electricals Limited has officially announced the receipt of a Letter of Award from the Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL). The contract involves the procurement of 23 units of 160 MVA, 220/66 kV Power Transformers, inclusive of NIFPES (Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention and Extinguishing System) and various optional spares. The aggregate value of this significant order is approximately 285.15 Crore.

This development marks a continuation of the company’s long-standing relationship with PSTCL, which commenced in 2018. Since the inception of this partnership, Atlanta Electricals has supplied approximately 200 transformers to the state, totaling an aggregate installed capacity of roughly 5,000 MVA. The company noted that this specific order serves to further solidify its strategic presence within the Punjab market, which remains a key area for their operations.

Atlanta Electricals Limited is a prominent Indian manufacturer specializing in power, auto, and inverter-duty transformers. With over three decades of industry experience, the company serves a diverse clientele, including state and national electricity grids, private sector players, and renewable energy projects. The company has been aggressively expanding its manufacturing footprint and recently reported an all-time high order book of 2,451 Crore as of December 31, 2025. In early 2026, the company also secured significant contracts from entities like KPTCL and received approval from PGCIL to manufacture transformers up to the 400 kV class at its Vadod facility.

Regarding its financial performance, the company reported a strong conclusion to FY26, with consolidated annual revenue reaching 1,851.52 Crore, marking a 48.8% year-on-year growth. Its Profit After Tax (PAT) for the same period climbed to 201.77 Crore, a 70.1% increase compared to the previous year. The company is backed by institutional investors, including the HDFC Manufacturing Fund, which holds a 1.4% stake.
