Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited has formally announced the receipt of a new work order for the supply of Micro Irrigation Systems. This contract is part of a community micro-irrigation project and was officially received by the company on June 10, 2026, at approximately 5:15 p.m.
The contract was awarded by the Office of the Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division. The scope of the work involves the supply of Micro Pressurized Irrigation Systems for an area of 100 hectares. This is a domestic project with a total value of approximately ₹3.32 Crores, inclusive of GST. The execution period for the order is set at 11 months from the date of site handover.
Headquartered in Nashik, Maharashtra, Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd. is a key subsidiary of the Mahindra Group, specializing in precision farming solutions such as drip and sprinkler irrigation systems, agricultural pumps, and greenhouses. The company plays a strategic role in India’s water management sector and is a registered provider under the government’s “Per Drop More Crop” scheme. During 2025, the company continued to focus on enhancing agricultural productivity and water use efficiency, while actively working to reduce dependence on subsidy-linked projects by expanding its non-subsidy business and urban landscaping services. As of late 2025, the company had reported an unrecognized work order pipeline of approximately ₹76 Crores.
For the financial year ended March 2026, the company reported a revenue of ₹312.09 Crores, representing a 14.46% increase compared to the previous year. The net profit for the same period stood at ₹12.69 Crores, a 76.01% increase over the ₹7.21 Crores reported in the previous year. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited remains the primary promoter, holding a 54.21% stake in the company as of March 2025. Among individual investors, Rajen Anil Shah has been noted as a significant shareholder.
