Under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company announced the commencement of commercial production at its newly established manufacturing unit located in Mambattu, Andhra Pradesh, effective April 29, 2026. This strategic expansion is part of the company’s efforts to enhance its production capacity and regional presence.
The new facility is situated at Plot No. 6A & 6B, Mambattu Phase II, Industrial Park, APIIC Tada, Tirupati District. The commencement of this plant follows the guidelines set by the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, ensuring compliance with the latest industry standards for material event disclosures. This move is expected to streamline the company’s supply chain for projects in Southern India.
EPACK Prefab is a leading player in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and modular construction industry in India. Throughout 2025, the company focused on diversifying its portfolio into large-scale industrial warehouses, cold storage solutions, and infrastructure for the renewable energy sector. For the last quarterly financial results announced (Q3 FY25), the company reported a steady trajectory in its financial performance.
