CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2026, following a Board of Directors meeting held on May 6, 2026. The board approved both standalone and consolidated results, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and audited by M/s. SRBC & CO LLP. The company reported a net profit for the quarter, and the statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited is a pioneering Indian company and a global leader in the management and application of electrical energy. Part of the Murugappa Group, the company operates primarily through two segments: Power Systems, which includes transformers and switchgears, and Industrial Systems, which focuses on motors, drives, and railway traction electronics. In 2025, the company expanded significantly into the semiconductor sector through its subsidiary, CG Semi Private Limited, which is establishing an Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility in India. Additionally, in late 2025, the company acquired a fabless semiconductor design business from Renesas Electronics to bolster its presence in the high-tech industrial ecosystem.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company’s revenue from operations reached ₹3,128.50 Crores, marking a 7.53% increase from the previous quarter’s ₹2,909.44 Crores and a 22.04% jump from the corresponding quarter of the previous year (₹2,563.40 Crores). Net profit after tax for the current quarter stood at ₹411.56 Crores, a significant growth of 32.06% over the December 2025 quarter (₹311.65 Crores) and a 49.40% increase compared to the March 2025 quarter (₹275.49 Crores). During the year, the company successfully raised ₹3,000 Crores through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), issuing over 4.5 Crore equity shares to institutional investors at ₹660 per share.
