Arisinfra Solutions Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Arisunitern Re Solutions Private Limited, secured a significant service order from Wadhwa Construction & Infrastructure Private Limited. This order involves the provision of “Developer-as-a-Service” (DAAS), focusing on the ‘Catalyst’ module to accelerate the completion of the Wadhwa Wise City township project in Panvel.
The contract, which commenced on May 1, 2026, is set for an initial duration of eight months. It involves project execution and monetization support, with an estimated achievement of up to Rs 400 crore out of a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 650 crore. Additionally, there are plans to release further inventory valued at Rs 400 crore. Arisinfra will receive monthly fixed fees plus a percentage of the GDV as consideration for these services.
Arisinfra Solutions Limited operates a technology-enabled B2B platform that simplifies the procurement of construction materials such as aggregates and ready-mix concrete. The company listed on the BSE and NSE in June 2025 following a Rs 499.60 crore initial public offering. Recent strategic developments include an MoU with Capacit’e Infraprojects for material supply worth Rs 800 crore over five years and various purchase orders for large-scale infrastructure projects across Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 272.48 crore, representing a growth of 12.4% compared to the previous quarter. Net profit for the same period stood at Rs 15.28 crore, reflecting a 19.7% increase on a quarter-on-quarter basis. Notably, the company’s investor base includes prominent names such as the Mankekar family and Mukul Agrawal.
