Globus Spirits Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, following a Board of Directors meeting held on May 7, 2026. During this quarter, the company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹85,108.14 lakh, representing a decrease of approximately 2.78% compared to the ₹87,543.91 lakh recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. On a sequential basis, revenue saw a decline of 9.30% from the ₹93,836.42 lakh reported in the third quarter of FY26. Conversely, consolidated profit after tax for Q4 FY26 surged to ₹2,111.41 lakh, a substantial 330.5% increase from ₹490.44 lakh in Q4 FY25. However, compared to the ₹3,044.18 lakh profit in the immediate previous quarter (Q3 FY26), profit after tax decreased by 30.64%. At the same meeting, the Board recommended a final dividend of 65.30%, equivalent to ₹6.53 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26.
