Heritage Foods Limited has officially announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share (50% of face value) for the fiscal year 2025-26. During the fourth quarter, the company’s standalone revenue from operations reached Rs. 11,143.04 million, marking a 2.10% increase from the previous quarter and a 7.69% rise compared to the same period last year. The standalone profit for the period stood at Rs. 230.44 million, representing a 24.42% decline from the previous quarter but a 12.35% increase from the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
