The company reported a total revenue from operations of ₹179.42 Crores for the current quarter, representing a sequential increase of 14.81% from ₹156.27 Crores in the previous quarter and a year-on-year growth of 17.24% compared to ₹153.03 Crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, the net profit for the quarter stood at ₹12.75 Crores, reflecting a decline of 4.75% from ₹13.39 Crores in the December 2025 quarter and a decrease of 8.47% from ₹13.93 Crores reported in the same period last year. This dip in profitability comes despite a significant surge in revenue, primarily driven by a massive increase in EPC contract revenue to ₹27.83 Crores during the quarter.

In a landmark move during 2025, the company successfully launched its ₹400 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) in August, which was oversubscribed by 9.45 times. The IPO’s anchor round attracted significant interest from famous institutional investors, including Sunil Singhania’s Abakkus Diversified Alpha Funds, Societe Generale, and LC Pharos Multi Strategy Fund. During the same year, the company expanded its global footprint by exporting transformer components to markets including the USA, Italy, and the UAE, while also securing PGCIL approval renewal for 765 KV class transformer processing.
